BOATYARD OPERATIVE – WE ARE RECRUITING 

Ardfern Yacht Centre is a busy marine centre and one of the few remaining full-service boatyards in Scotland.   Our boatyard team are responsible for slipping, launching, and moving boats around the marina, along with unstepping and re-stepping masts.  An opportunity has arisen to join this small and skilled team as a Boatyard Operative. 

While a knowledge of boats and experience with boat handling would be beneficial, previous experience is not required but applicants should have good practical skills, a willingness to learn, the ability to deliver good customer service, and to work as part of a team. 

Training will be given as required to the successful candidate.   This permanent position is full time, and pay is dependent upon experience.
