IMC / NZBEF Organisational Assessment Accreditation for CMC and FCMC consultants

IMC is pleased to announce that the NZ Business Excellence Foundation, (NZBEF) http://www.nzbef.org.nz/ has partnered with Institute of Management Consultants New Zealand (IMC) to offer CMC qualified consultants the opportunity to obtain NZBEF organisational assessment accreditation.

We are looking for an expression of interest from members to attend the foundation session of this accreditation training. Depending on numbers we will hold a training session in both Auckland and Wellington before Christmas. We need a minimum of 10 participants to run a session.

The NZBEF is committed to assisting New Zealand organisations achieve best practice levels of performance and results with Foundation membership open to all New Zealand organisations. The Foundation's mandate is to assist New Zealand organisations improve their performance and capabilities through the provision of best practice business frameworks and by offering support, training, assessment services, access to best practice case studies and templates, Internationally calibrated Award programmes and networking with like-minded organisations and individuals.

The focus of organisational assessment is to benchmark organisations against best practice and provide actionable feedback to drive improvement. More details are attached to this email.

To obtain an accreditation in the NZBEF organisational assessment consultants are required to undertake a 1 day training session and your first 2 client assessments will be reviewed with you by the NZBEF to ensure that the feedback report and assessment provide a high quality outcome for the client. .

This accreditation is only available to CMC certified consultants. (Another benefit of CMC certification)

IMC CMC consultants can claim a maximum of 10 PD Hours for this training.

The investment for accreditation is $550 + GST, this includes the 1 day training, membership to NZBEF and access to the cloud based organisational assessment tool for use on all of your future client assessments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for CMC consultants to increase their competencies and add to your management consulting tool box.
